DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1– 2 August 2026
Welcome to Morondava
Upon arrival at Morondava Airport, your guide will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you will receive a briefing about your tour before enjoying some free time to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 – 3 August 2026
Morondava – Bekopaka
After breakfast, depart early for Bekopaka.
Travel along the legendary National Road 8, a scenic track crossing the wild landscapes of western Madagascar, where majestic baobab trees line the route.
And after crossing the Tsiribihina River by ferry, enjoy a free lunch stop in Belo-sur-Tsiribihina.
Continue your journey through traditional villages, offering an authentic glimpse into rural Malagasy life.
A second ferry crossing brings you to Bekopaka, the gateway to Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park.
Stay overnight at Orchidée de Bemaraha Hotel.
Day 3 – 4 August 2026
Discover the Grand Tsingy de Bemaraha
For this day, prepare to experience one of Madagascar’s most fascinating national parks, offering spectacular views and unforgettable discoveries
First, enjoy a traditional pirogue excursion through the beautiful Manambolo Gorge. Along the way, admire impressive limestone cliffs, natural caves and, with some luck, observe crocodiles and endemic birds.
Just after this unforgettable boat trip, your guide will provide safety equipment before starting the Grand Tsingy adventure.
And then, hike through a fascinating landscape of sharp limestone pinnacles, suspension bridges, metal walkways and panoramic viewpoints.
During the walk, your guide will also help you spot several lemur species, including the famous Decken’s Sifaka.
At last, enjoy a picnic lunch before returning to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 4 – 5 August 2026
Bekopaka – Morondava
Once breakfast is over, begin the journey back to Morondava.
As you travel, stop to admire the famous Baobabs in Love before continuing to the legendary Avenue of the Baobabs.
Enjoy plenty of time to experience one of Madagascar’s most iconic landscapes as the setting sun bathes the giant baobabs in spectacular golden light.
Head back to your hotel.
Dinner and overnight at Vezo Beach Hotel

At the beginning, departure from Morondava
Your morning starts with a transfer to Morondava Airport according to your flight schedule.
