Canal des Pangalanes

Among the must-visit destinations is the Pangalanes Canal, an artificial waterway connecting the lagoons and lakes from Toamasina to Mananjary. A journey along this canal offers the opportunity to discover the local culture, observe endemic animals, and, above all, admire landscapes of exceptional beauty.

The people living along the canal are mainly fishermen, but they also practice agriculture and livestock farming. For an even more authentic experience, spending a night with a local family is an excellent way to better understand our culture.

Sainte-Marie Madagascar

Far from the husle and bustle of city life and still untouched by mass tourism, the island of Sainte-Marie, also known as Nosy Boraha, is a true haven of peace. Its unique exclamation mark shape seems to tell the fascinating story of the pirates who once found refuge here.

This authentic island is home to emblematic widlife, offering unforgettable encounters: majestic humpback whales in season, playful dolphins, and sea turtles gliding through its crystalclear waters. Protected by a coral barrier, Sainte-Marieboasts tranquil lagons where visitors can swim safely.
